"Its been more than 5 years since I worked out consistently. I allowed circumstance, menopause and just plain ol life get in the way. I attended this gym under the old name. The new owner/trainers are absolutely incredible. They offer transparent pricing. None of that come in so we can talk you into it shenanigans.
Des, Gio and all the trainers truly care about fitness as well as how they can help you achieve your own goals. Its my opinion the best thing about them is they all have their own fitness journey but they are still down to earth.
Each day the routine is challenging and unique. Workouts are setup in station format with 4 different weight levels so no matter your fitness level - you can do this! The equipment and moves vary daily. If you know anything about exercise, you know how important this is for growth.
